Search for Trainocate on Peneraju.org and select your preferred certification.

Submit Your Application
Fill out the form on Trainocate’s landing page to begin your registration.
03.
Receive Your Offer Letter
You will receive an official offer letter and invoice from
Trainocate.
Note: This invoice is needed for your Yayasan Peneraju financing application.
Step 2: Apply via Yayasan Peneraju

Create an Account
Go to www.peneraju.org and register. Don’t forget to verify your email.
02.
Log In and Start Your Application
- Click on the Services tab.
- Select Apply Financing.
03.
Choose Your Training Package
Select your programme and complete the required fields.
Note: Refer to the offer letter provided by Trainocate for accurate details.
04.
Fill in the Application Form & Upload Documents
Continue completing the form and upload the required Certified True Copy (CTC) documents.
Mandatory CTC Documents:
- NRIC (front and back)
- Birth certificate
- Bank statement
Optional CTC Documents:
- Latest payslip
- SPM slip or equivalent
- Academic transcript

Submit and Track Your Application
- Once submitted, you’ll be notified of the result via email.
- If rejected, the reason will be provided. You may log in, make corrections, and resubmit.
- Once approved, please return to Trainocate and request an invoice in order to process your claim.
Note: For post-SPM applicants, uploading a Certified True Copy of your SPM slip is mandatory.

Application
- Bumiputera.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Aged 16 years and above.
- Obtained a valid offer letter or proof of registration or certification of attendance from the Approved Learning & Training Institution (ALTI).
- Not an active recipient of other Yayasan Peneraju funding.
- Has an active individual bank account.
Repayment Status: If you are currently on a repayment plan with Yayasan Peneraju, you must have made repayments exceeding 50% of the total outstanding as of the application date.
Maximum Financing: The total amount of financing received from Yayasan Peneraju (including previous financing and this application) shall not exceed RM150,000.00 of our recoverable amount. You may refer to Peneraju.org for your total financial received.
Yes. You need to have an individual Savings account with any of the Banks registered with Bank Negara. The bank account has to be registered under your own name as per NRIC, is active and is not a joint account for ease of disbursement.
- Register at Peneraju.org by creating an ID with full name, IC number and email address.
- Choose the training or certification you wish to pursue based on the information available at Peneraju.org such as training and certification, entry requirements, duration, Approved Learning and Training Institutions (ALTIs) and Financing Scheme.
- Proceed to apply from Peneraju.org by following the steps and submitting all required documents.
Financing
Yayasan Peneraju offers three financing tiers to suit different needs:
Silver Tier: Receive up to RM15,000. This is a one-time financing option with 0% repayment required.
Gold Tier: Receive up to RM30,000. You may apply more than once under this tier. A 50% repayment is required.
Platinum Tier: Receive up to RM150,000. Multiple applications are allowed. Only 20% repayment is required, and the balance may be converted into a scholarship, subject to conditions.
For Disbursement (Claim and Pay): Request must be submitted through Peneraju.org within 30 working days from date of invoice by ALTI. Proof of payment (receipt) must be submitted to Yayasan Peneraju within ten (10) working days via Peneraju.org.
For Reimbursement (Pay and Claim): Request must be submitted within 30 working days of receipt date. For Allowances: Request must be submitted quarterly.
Yes. You will receive a notification stating the reason for rejection. You will need to repeat the claim process.
(Example of rejection reasons – incomplete document, invoice/receipt date exceeds claim period, items claimed not covered under financing scheme, inaccurate information, claim amount exceeds approved Financing Scheme amount)
Eligibility Screening
Trainocate will conduct a review of your submitted application within 7 business days to assess whether you meet the criteria for programme participation.
Confirmation
If you are eligible, you will receive an offer letter along with a detailed course overview and an invoice. These documents are essential for your financing application.
Submit Your Financing Request
Head over to Peneraju.org and upload your invoice to begin your financing application under the Yayasan Peneraju scheme.
