Junior Graphic Designer

Trainocate is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer at Trainocate, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand identity and messaging across various digital and print channels, with a particular focus on campaigns, events, blogs (WordPress), and EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) campaigns using platforms like Zoho and Mailchimp. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our partners and vendors, including industry giants such as Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat, and others, ensuring that all designs adhere to their respective brand guidelines.

Job responsibilities:

Design Creation: Develop creative concepts and design layouts for a wide range of marketing materials including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, email templates, brochures, flyers, posters, and event collateral. Specifically, design compelling visuals for campaigns, events, blog posts (WordPress), and EDM campaigns (Zoho & Mailchimp), adhering to both Trainocate’s brand guidelines and those of our partners/vendors.

Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs adhere to Trainocate’s brand guidelines as well as the brand guidelines of our partners/vendors, maintaining consistency across all platforms, including campaigns, events, blog posts, and EDM campaigns.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to visually enhance written content through the use of imagery, infographics, and other visual elements across various platforms, including WordPress for blogs and Zoho/Mailchimp for EDM campaigns, while adhering to partner/vendor guidelines.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and competitor activities to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness for campaigns, events, blogs, and EDM campaigns, while also ensuring alignment with partner/vendor guidelines.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project specifications, particularly for campaigns, events, blogs, and EDM campaigns. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to gather requirements and feedback.

Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create high-quality designs for campaigns, events, blogs, and EDM campaigns, ensuring compliance with partner/vendor guidelines.

Feedback Incorporation: Actively participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback from team members, stakeholders, and partners/vendors to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes for campaigns, events, blogs, and EDM campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.

Sales Support

We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. The sales support specialist’s responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. The sales support specialist is also responsible for monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data.

To be a successful sales support specialist, you should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Duties:

  • Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
  • Compiling weekly lists of leads and delegating them to account managers
  • Explore and research on new funding in Malaysia
  • Responsible for tender request in the e-perolehan portal & other government agencies’ tender
  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary documents

Job description

  • To support overall Finance & Accounts matters.
  • Responsible for daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements/ guidelines.
  • To handle full set management account and comply with the regulation.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government authorities and bankers.
  • Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents.
  • Communicate with clients/suppliers on accounting issues including new Vendor/Suppliers/Customers

To maintain and handle daily accounting functions such as: –

  • Accounts Receivable
  • – Data export data from the TOMS system and import SQL accounting
  • – Data reconciliation through TOMS system and SQL accounting
  • – Assisting team with Weekly updates on unbilled invoices and collections status and HRDCorp/ Governments fundings/Projects.
  • – Ensuring all the matters related to SST/ Submission and Payments are accordingly.
  • Accounts Payable
  • – Ensure all PO’s from TOMS is accurately matched and key in SQL accounting.
  • – Intercompany transactions and reconciliation
  • – Petty cash, Cash flow & Bank reconciliation
  • – Weekly and Monthly staff claim payment requisition (staff claims, credit cards claims, suppliers /vendors/ statutory/ other Gov bodies.
  • – Ensure all matters with holdings taxes submission and payments accordingly.
  • – Perform other related general accounting tasks as assigned.
  • To prepare the weekly or monthly Reports & Schedules for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Accounts.
  • To assist with financial year-end audit and closing of accounts.
  • You will be required to travel for Gov departments/banks/ post offices as when needed.

  • Perform other related general accounting tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business & Accountancy or equivalent
