We are looking for Account Manager to build our business. If you are already in Sales, you know what traits we seek and what your job is going to entail. To the very least, you got to be willing to learn, have a great work ethic, a positive attitude, enthusiasm and confidence!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries and provide suitable solutions to customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients.
  • Develop strong product and industry knowledge to effectively advise customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and overall business growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Experience or knowledge in the IT or business training industry will be an added advantage.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-evolving IT industry.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Must be willing to travel to the main office when necessary.

Salary Range: RM3,200 to RM4,500 (depending on experience)

Internship Period: 6 months
Location: KL Eco City

Responsibilities

During your internship period with the Company, you are expected to carry out the following duties:

1. Administrative Support

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and updating participant records.
  • Help prepare training materials and attendance sheets.
  • Support general administrative tasks assigned by the team.

2. Participant Coordination

  • Assist in sending reminders and follow-ups to participants regarding training sessions.
  • Support the coordination of training schedules and participant communications.

3. Project Support

  • Assist the team in tracking project progress and documentation.
  • Support meeting arrangements and preparation of simple reports or presentations.

4. General Duties

  • Provide support during training sessions, events, and project activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities, alongside a detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
