  • 3 Days ILT, VILT

    An Agile coach acts as a catalyst to the agile team by empowering the team to reach their goals by facilitating agile thinking and improving team practices. The coach provides focused guidance and enhances awareness of the business goals and objectives by acting as a role model, teacher, facilitator, mentor, and team builder.

    Thus, the Agile coach ushers in positive transformation by changing the organizational culture and redefining the work paradigm to reflect an agile mindset. ICP-ACC, one of the two Continuous Learning Certifications (CLCs), focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach.

    In this unique ICP-ACC: Agile Coaching workshop, the candidates experience both the ‘doing’ and ‘being’ of agile coaching.

    The intentional focus on real-world practical scenarios equips the aspiring, the in-transition, and the existing coaches with the right skills and tools to craft powerful ways to address challenges in a better manner. The participants learn the underlying competencies required to be successful Agile coaches who can deliver the desired team and organizational outcomes.

  • 2 Days ILT, VILT

    This ICP-AHR: Agility in Human Resources training is focused primarily on the mindset and role of a Human Resources Partner, People Manager and Senior Leadership Team in an organization looking to introduce Agility in talent management. It is also for the coaches for Human Resources Teams. Participants will take away purpose, motivation, and techniques to use with HR Teams and Leadership. We focus on growing Agility to bridge the cultural divide that can come about in organizations in restructuring both their culture and their physical structure to accommodate success.

  • 2 Days ILT, VILT

    Learn to be an effective facilitator to enhance agility within teams and organizations. This ICP-ATF: ICAgile Team Facilitation training helps quickly learn how to become a more effective Agile facilitator with Agilemania. Our coaches use a mix of discussions, simulations, games, and case studies. The Agile Team Facilitation course is the first step towards achieving the coveted expert level in ICAgile Agile Coaching track (ICP-ATF certification).

    The training gives skills to design and conduct collaborative meetings while leading teams toward greater maturity levels, more effective outcomes, and self-management.

    The ICP-ATF is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching Track. It focuses primarily on an agile team facilitator’s mindset and role while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes. Through obtaining this certification, course participants will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams. Besides, participants will build their facilitator toolkits and gain experience facilitating specific agile practices most relevant to their organizational context.

    In today’s Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA) environment, business agility is more and more critical for success. The tools that served us well in the past don’t necessarily still apply. Change is constant, disruption is an expectation, and innovation is a competitive advantage.

    People at every level in organizations must focus on customer delight and bring innovation and continuous improvement into their work. Aligning teams and organizations around a vision and a strong sense of purpose are essential to enable high performance. It also provides a key source of inspiration, engagement, commitment, and organizational cohesion. During two highly immersive days, participants learn by doing. They explore scenarios and apply techniques to envision and design the future, experience new ways of thinking, and work in teams. Business agility foundation training is vital to adopt agile ways of working for enterprises.

  • 2 Days ILT, VILT

    The ICP-CAT: Enterprise Agile Coaching is the second of two knowledge-based certifications on the Enterprise Agile Coaching Track. This certification focuses on the field of Enterprise Agile Coaching, explores the core elements of an agile transformation, and links the core enterprise coaching competencies in a way that empowers coaches to act as agents of change in organizations.

    The Learning Outcomes also delve into the pursuit of professional mastery and Enterprise Agile Coaching’s ethical considerations. They then look at elements central to agile transitions, such as organizational and human change processes, transformation strategies, addressing organizational impediments, and communicating, educating, and facilitating enterprises. As an advanced path, most Enterprise Agile Coaching courses involve combining classroom learning and ongoing group discussions around practical experience in the field.

  • 2 Days ILT, VILT

    The nature of leadership has changed over the period. The longstanding top-down, command & control leadership style is not successful in the current and adaptive work environment. These environments require a paradigm shift in leaders and their understanding of what constitutes effective leadership.

    This set of Learning Outcomes focuses on developing leaders who are adaptive and agile in their leadership style.

    Leaders learn to lead themselves first and create an environment that will allow agility to thrive. In this two-day Agile leadership training, participants learn why we need enterprise agility, the vital personal competencies to lead the transformation, and the organizational elements required to survive and thrive in today’s turbulent environment.

  • 2 Days ILT, VILT

    In order to succeed with agile, teams and organizations should focus first on “being agile” as a foundation for success in “doing agile.” Agile fundamentals ICP training learning objectives delve into key concepts such as adaptive planning, value-driven development, team collaboration and frequent feedback for continuous improvement. The course also covers the history of agile, the agile manifesto, the agile principles, and some widely applied frameworks and practices.

    Students come away with a solid understanding of core concepts as they prepare to embark on their agile journey. Consequently, participants leave the course more confident in five key areas:
