Overview
This ICP-APM course is designed for delivery managers, agile project managers, project leads, team managers, and Agile professionals who want to run agile projects smoothly and deliver real business value. You’ll learn how to initiate, plan, manage, and deliver Agile projects using practical tools from Scrum, Kanban, Lean, agile contracting, and design thinking, along with simple ways AI can support planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Across the program, you’ll explore how to turn strategy into measurable outcomes, manage risks and dependencies, work effectively with stakeholders, manage requirements and plan through rolling wave planning, and guide teams to perform at their best. The training blends real-world examples, hands-on activities, and ready-to-use templates, so you don’t just understand the concepts, you know how to apply them at work.
