Under this SME Company Track, Malaysia Digital (MD) Workforce Training offers you, as an individual Malaysian, a fully incentivized program designed to elevate your success in the digital tech job market.

Here’s the eligibility criteria for individuals interested in enrolling in the individual track of MDEC’s fully incentivized campaign – MD Workforce Training.
  • Open to all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 OR companies that do not contribute to Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
  • Employees who are Malaysia citizens, aged 21 – 55 years old.
  • Maximum one (1) training session per company, one (1) training per person.
  • Minimum pax of five (5) per class.
  • Meet the training prerequisites from the training partners.
  • MUST NOT be government employees.

  • Company will be required to submit the SSM report for verification on the status as MSME.
  • Company will be required to fill-up a separate Registration form, which will be submitted to MDEC for approval together with the SSM report.
  • Company will be required to provide participants details once MDEC approves the application.

FAQs

The training is fully subsidized by MDEC with a limit of 1 training course per Participant.

Participation in the professional certification exam is encouraged but not obligatory.

Each participant is eligible to apply for only one (1) training under this programme.

Upon successfully completing the training, a certificate of completion will be issued by Trainocate Malaysia.

If you register for the training but are unable to attend, kindly notify Trainocate Malaysia at least three (3) working days in advance. Neglecting to adhere to this requirement may have implications on the approval of your subsequent applications.
