Overview
Although the formal performance review may seem like an administrative challenge, in practice, it can be an extremely powerful tool for the performance leader. When people work more independently, fewer opportunities arise when the manager and employee can step back, assess what has happened, and decide where to go in the future.
This module provides a collaborative approach to the formal performance review. Participants will learn how to prepare employees — and themselves — for a productive, focused review. Using the skills enable them to create an atmosphere that encourages openness about concerns and plans for the future
