The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards is a nod to outstanding successes and innovations by partners around the globe in the implementation of exceptional customer solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

The 2021 iteration of the awards saw Trainocate selected for its achievement from more than 4,400 nominations hailing from 100 different countries and in 56 categories. Microsoft also acknowledges organizations that have adapted to the new normal through inventive ways of operating and showing resilience. Trainocate is also the first ever Asian company to receive the acclaimed title.

Trainocate’s innovative and flexible approaches and solutions received appreciation. These solutions include, weekend classes, local language delivery and intense collaboration with the Microsoft field which helped joint customers achieve their skilling needs.

The crisis became a key turning point in the cadence of digitization that was occurring across the region. Many countries saw an increase in demand for cloud services and IT infrastructure overhauls as digital services like food delivery, e-commerce and online banking soared. This also had a significant  impact on organizations wanting to upskill their IT workforce.

Trainocate Malaysia has aligned itself with the goals of the Bersama Malaysia an initiative launched by Microsoft Corporation in support of the government’s MyDIGITAL plan to empower Malaysia’s inclusive digital economy and advancing the nation’s digital transformation through skilling 1 million Malaysians by the end of 2023. This will equip Malaysians with equal opportunities to grow and thrive on a cloud and AI-enabled digital economy.

The plan will also include the establishment of the country’s first datacenter region in Kuala Lumpur to deliver access to cloud services locally with Microsoft’s top-notch data security, privacy and the in-country data storage capabilities through technologies like Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The Azure Availability Zones will further cement resilience in highly available applications.
