Automate database provisioning, protection, and lifecycle management with Nutanix Database Service.
This course develops the practical skills required to administer Nutanix Database Service (NDB), enabling infrastructure and database teams to standardize database operations through Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS).
- Why get trained: Learn how to install and configure Nutanix Database Service, provision databases, manage provisioning profiles, implement role-based access control (RBAC), administer multi-cluster environments, automate database lifecycle operations, and protect databases using snapshots, cloning, Time Machine, and recovery features.
- Why it matters: Manual database administration increases operational effort and introduces inconsistencies across environments. Database automation enables teams to standardize provisioning, simplify lifecycle management, improve recovery capabilities, and deliver database services more efficiently while maintaining governance and operational control.
- Who should attend: Database Administrators, Nutanix Administrators, Cloud Administrators, Infrastructure Engineers, Platform Engineers, Systems Administrators, and IT professionals preparing for the Nutanix Certified Professional – Database Automation (NCP-DB) certification.
Develop practical database automation skills that simplify administration, improve operational consistency, and support enterprise Database-as-a-Service deployments with Nutanix Database Service. HRD Corp Claimable.
