Prerequisites
Attendees of this Scaled Agile Framework course should be familiar with Agile principles and practices and have attended at least one SAFe course prior to attending. Module 3: Driving strategy with market segmentation

Module 4: Using empathy to drive design

Module 6: Creating roadmaps to build solutions
The Roadmap is a schedule of events and Milestones that communicate planned Solution deliverables over a planning horizon. This covers:

- Refine Features into Stories and Story maps
Module 7: Delivering value
Flow of value is key for any development effort which can be enabled with Value stream. The ART gets aligned to the value stream using PI. This covers:
- Visualize development flow using a Program Kanban
- Estimate and forecast the backlog
- Prioritize the Program Backlog
- Create alignment with PI Planning
- Execute the PI
Module 8: Managing value stream economics
Value stream economics models the flow of value and the financial model of the Value Streams and is used to ensure Value Streams are creating viable and sustainable products and Solutions.

Module 9: Creating innovation in the value stream
