A Cloud Engineer is responsible for understanding Alibaba Cloud services to create, configure, and manage cloud resources. This foundational role is essential for advancing to specialized positions and plays a key part in supporting cloud operations within an organization through effective resource management and collaboration.

Skills Covered

  • Fundamental Cloud Service Knowledge: Understanding core Alibaba Cloud services (e.g., ECS, VPC, OSS, RDS, ACK, CDN) and their use cases.
  • Resource Provisioning: Proficient in deploying and managing cloud resources through the Alibaba Cloud console.
  • Basic Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with tools for managing cloud resources, including Auto Scaling, DTS, and DMS.
