There are no mandatory prerequisites. However, having a general understanding of technology concepts, including networking, storage, compute, application support, and development, can be beneficial. 

The exam consists of 40-60 questions to be completed in 45 minutes. Plan for a total seat time of about 65 minutes, which includes time for instructions and feedback.
