Overview
When replacing a database, an enterprise must transform the applications that call the database. Oracle deprecation and cloud migration are completed only after the database and applications are transformed. A database is typically called by multiple applications, or several databases are called by dozens of applications.
In actual projects, an application or a group of applications are transformed and migrated at a time.
